Challenge

Launched in 2015 Lottie is a fun beauty brand aimed at the teen-mid 20’s demographic. The brand targets the young trendy “Lottie London Girl” and offers a range of “on the go” essentials. We were requested by the client to source and manufacture a range of accessories to compliment their existing range of Nail Polish. The brief was “Lottie Girl”, “Trendy” and “Affordable”.

Solution

The brand guidelines were presented to us by the client along with a shopping list of new ideas. We began a significant sourcing push within KeepMe China. The process was to obtain a large range of standard product samples and then refine accordingly with the client. The focus was to develop USPs over and above the standard sample. Retooling was carried out where required.

Results

KeepMe created 23 SKUs with an initial order of 5k-10k per SKU for launch. Prior to initial delivery, we delivered 500 samples for PR outside of the mass production manufacturing framework. Across UK & China we had a core team of three responsible for the development, manufacture and delivery of this Brand. Huge initial sales with Superdrug and immediately sold out with Asos. Replenishment challenges still underway due to the high demand in the market for the product.
